Arrival Story:
One day I looked out my window and there was this gray tabby female cat. As I watched a little longer, two little kittens showed up. The mom was kind of friendly, but still shy. The two kittens were completely wild. I began feeding them. One day, when I put out some food, the only one to show up was Archie. I never saw the mama cat or the other kitten again. Archie decided he would stick around. I finally got him to let me stand near him while feeding him and slowly gained his trust. I was still not able to touch him. Even though he would disappear for weeks at a time, he always came back. So, I tricked him by putting food in the carrier and was able to get him to the vet to be fixed and get shots. That was fun for them. I have not been able to get him in a carrier since.
Bio:
Archie is a very loving cat. But, only to me. If anyone else is around, he runs and hides.
