Arrival Story:
One week after the passing of our beloved 15 year old cat, Spanky, we decided to go to a local animal rescue to adopt. The morning that I arrived at the shelter and saw Bella, I fell in love immediately, but initially the clerk could not find her papers. Turns out, Bella had been abandoned and rescued from a backyard when she was three weeks old, and the animal control supervisor had taken her home and bottle fed her for five weeks before bringing her back to the shelter for adoption...the night before I came! Destiny. I like to think that Spanky played a role in that match up.
