Arrival Story:
Claudia needed a friend, and I fell in love with a seal Burmese kitten at a cat show. The kitten wasn't for sale, but I talked to the breeder, and they had a little girl for adoption when she was old enough. I visited her several times before I got her, from when she was so small, I could hold her in the palm of my hand. She was so shy when I got her home, she hid under the bed, but when I changed the sheets, she was intrigued enough to come out. I lay down quietly until she jumped on the bed, and from then on we were special friends.

Bio:
Tessa was she's one of the sweetest, most affectionate, and cuddly cats I've known. She also never quite grew up. She was also known as the cat burglar for breaking into a neighbour's house on Christmas Day (though a window) and setting their alarm off. Whenever I thought of her or wondered where she was, she'd come to me as if she heard my thoughts. A favourite place was on my lap when I was reading or watching TV, and or on the computer so I'd have to type around her, stopping to kiss her sweet head, or whenever she turned her golden eyes up to me. I stayed in bed longer when you were there between me and the edge, your little paws over my arm, or your chin on me. We'd stare into each other's eyes for long, long moments. It was never the threat it is to other animals; to her it was loving communion. Tessa left us on 8 August 2008. Sweet little friend, darling soul, I loved you so much and I miss you.
