Daddy!! She's as much a Daddy's girl as her big brother Cliff is a Momma's boy!

Pet-Peeves:
When her brother Cliff doesn't let her massage him & when mommy won't let her play in the kitchen sink. But most of all: when we take away her bottle caps in the middle of the night because she's being too noisy!!

Favorite Toy:
Bottle Caps. As odd as that sounds, good old fashioned Poland Spring bottle caps. All other toys ceased to exist the minute she found bottle caps. Nothing fancy for her please!

Favorite Nap Spot:
Our fluffy couch, the bathroom window sill (fresh breezes)

Favorite Food:
Nutro/Natural Choice pouchie food & dry crunchy food. The occasional slice of deli turkey. And she relishes the opportunity to steal any kind of people food resulting in a scolding every time!!

Skills:
The ability to twist her daddy around her fuzzy little paw with one glance of her big big green eyes...this applies to any situation. Especially when she's been bad.

Arrival Story:
Ahhh, the story. Many versions have been told, but this is the truth: we weren't ready for kitties, our beloved DC had passed away a little over a month before we found Claire & her brother Cliff. But I was getting a little lonely without a furball in the house so one day on the way to Borders Bookstore, I convinced my fiancee that a strole through Petco would be a good idea. Of course once we got in there, I spotted 4 kitties in a cage & as they say the rest is history. I think it was fate? I took one look at her brother Cliff & we both knew it was meant to be, how could it not be? We were supposed to be at Borders returning a book, not at Petco. This wasn't part of the plan. So I held Cliff for a while & secretly mulled how I would convince Brad that it was a good idea to bring him & one of his 3 sisters home. So we met one of his sisters (Claire's runty little twin) & clearly Brad was still reluctant. The he suddenly said: let's meet the one that's sleeping. Famous last words. We never got a chance to meet the 3rd sister: the "one that's sleeping" was a teeny tiny furball with enormous flirty green eyes & a fabulous purr. One could say Brad was bamboozled into adopting Claire & her brother Cliffie but if you could only see them now!!

Bio:
We are still getting to know Claire but she certainly has some quirks!! She is obsessed with "burying" her food once she's done with it. She loves to burrow under blankets. She gets very concerned when you're cleaning the litterbox, no matter how many times she sees you doing it! She is a HUGE flirt when it comes to her Daddy, she bats her big green eyes at him in a shameless manner. She is much fiestier than her brother Cliffie--we believe he may be 7 months old going on 85. She is the trouble maker of the family for sure!! And she absolutely adores massaging her brother, unfortunately he doesn't love it at all. This causes much stress in Claire's life ;)
