Arrival Story:
Gypsy was my parents first cat they owned together when they first bought the house I grew-up in. She was also the only cat they ever had declawed, since my dad had never owned a cat before her, and she proved to be exactly as mischievious as he thought she would be! She climbed the new curtains (while managing to shred them to pieces) the day they were bought and climbed the telphone pole and walked across the wire 2-3 yards over and couldn't get back down (they had to call the fire dept to get her down)!
Bio:
I was really young when I lived with Gypsy, and I used to terrozize her as a todler, I used to scream at her, chase her and pull her tail! She was hit by a car and went missing for a few days back in 1983...she was taken to the emergency vet clinic and had broken her back hip/leg. She was fine, but really didn't like to be pet anywhere near that area for the rest of her years afterwards..
