Favorite Food: ANYTHING! He's a trash digger!!, and my Violet Blooms

Skills: The Siamese in him keeps him in trouble, the Ragdoll keeps him SUPER lovable and cuddly. He also is good at drooling.

Dwells:

Arrival Story: Ebin is Tumbleweed's littermate. He was adopted out with another littermate and became really sick because of parasites. The lady saw another kitten at her vet, gave Ebin up, telling them to put him to sleep and adopted the other kitten. When she called me to tell me she'd given up my bottle-fed baby, I raced to get him. The Siamese in him makes him a one owner cat and he had already adopted us. (You could tell by the way he lept into my arms when I picked him up) and he's been with us ever since. He is a lover and a fighter. Definitely one of a kind.

Bio: He's the most lovable cat you will EVER meet. He gets up on his 2 back feet when he thinks he's getting picked up and is first in line at feeding time. He sleeps pressed as close to me as he can get all night long. I'm glad we went to get him and so is my husband.
I have over 80 violets and when the blooms begin to die, I pinch them off and feed them to him. He nibbles each petal off and slowly chews, savoring each bite. He cracks us up!

So, last night Mom & Dad noticed I had a hoarse voice. They started teasing me cuz they thought I might be 'going through the change'. A little later they found me hiding under the bed in their room. Mom checked my nose and realized it was wet and WARM! Warm? Then I started gagging. Mom freaked out and called the Emergency Clinic. She thought I had something in my throat. The price goes up $40 after 1 Am (it was 11:30 PM) so she decided to take me in. The lady behind the counter said my gums looked good and I could probably wait til morning to see my regular vet. Mom took the morning off and drove me down to Newport Beach to see Dr. Fanous. He is the NICEST guy! He pet me and told me he love me! I wouldn't eat for 4 him but you can't blame me cuz he gave me 3 shots and told Mom & have laryngitis! My temp was 103.6! (its supposed to be 102!) Whew! No wonder my nose was warm! Mom took me home and make me my own room to hang out in all day while she went to work. I'm not too happy about it but at least I won't have to see Bianca today. Well, and by the time I got home, my voice was getting better. Thank you, Dr. Fanous!!

I love my new backyard! Mom has grown grass for us to eat and everything! I can roll in the dirt, catch bees, eat plants, it's just great! I never knew life could be so much fun!... until I found out how to ecsape into the neighbor's yard! There is a small space at the top of the fence, that is just perfect for little ol' me. I slipped through on Friday night while the neighbors were grilling on the patio. The big, nice lady called Mom and Mom came to get me. She kept me inside the rest of the night while she moved things around outside (I think she was trying to outsmart me). Then she let me out again Sunday morning. I realized she'd tried to cover up how I get on top of the fence, but once I found a new way, it was up and over once again. No one was awake in the next yard, nor the one next to that... nor the one next to that! They sure had some great smelling stuff though! Mom ran up and down the fenceline in the alley trying to get me to come out to her. I thought I would get disciplined so I stayed where I was and kept sniffing stuff. When I was done, I went back through the hole I came through and MOM WAS WAITING! She had found a gate in the fence! She's sneaky, that lady! She wasn't even mad at me, just scared and she hugged me A LOT! before putting me back over my fence. Then she made us all come in. O'Malley swatted at me cuz he had to go in, too, and he was mad about it. (It was HIS fault, too, though! He was caught going potty near Mom's new Boysenberry plant!) I know I wasn't supposed to leave the yard... but who can blame me? It's *such* a big world out there and I wanna sniff it all!!!

Mom was watering her Violets yesterday and noticed a few flowers that were starting to wilt. I heard her call my name, so I came running to investigate. (They never call me when I'm in trouble, so I always know its ok to come.) She had plucked the biggest violet blooms for me to eat! It was great! Tumbleweed thinks he likes them, too but he never actually eats them, like I do. They really are a special treat. Especially, since Mom keeps those tasty plants hidden from me the rest of the time. Love me some Violets!
