Been Away to Long

Hi:

Mom said that I really needed to check in with you guys, it seems like it has been forever. Well it is summertime down here in Louisiana and I really do want to get outside. Mom won't let me. There are birds building a nest on our screened in porch and they are flying around the porch a lot boy and I dieing for a morsel.

I did have an adventure and go out the other day and had to stay out all night. Quite an experience I must say, but I like the comforts of home.

Well that is all for now just wanted to touch base and get back on track with you guys.

I'm Back

Sorry guys that I have been away for a while but things have been really busy around the house. there have been a bunch of people in and out on the week-ends, it is so bothersome when mom and dads friends come over. All I enjoy doing is listening to dad play his guitar and lay around on the floor but when mom and dad's friend come over I just go upstairs and hid until it is all quite and mom and dad are in bed and then I jump in bed with them and all is well again.

Would love to here from other cats that get bothered by having many people in the house so I can get suggestions on how to handle it.

I will try to get better about keeping in touch with you all

I'm Back !!

Sorry I have been away from a while but mom and dad went out of town and Fido and I were alone for a few days. I was very busy getting into things which mom doesn't normal let me get into. Fido and I had a good time having the house all to ourselves but we missed getting our morsel, the neighborhood boys fed dad's ugly reptiles but he did give us our morsel.

Anyway after a few days I was missing mom so we they came home I wouldn't let her out of my site and also greeted them we they came home. My sister hid for a while I believe she was mad and them.

Things are back to normal.

Misssed Mom !!

Hi Friends:

Well now Mom went away and left me in the hand of my dad. He worked long hours so I didn't see much of him but when he was home of course he played his guitar. I heard Dad say that mom went to Mexico wherever that is. Anyhow I hope she doesn't go away anytime soon again. Fido and I did not get our morning treats, I guess Dad was too lazy but now with mom back we get our treats.

Well all is normal again and I was able to cuddle up and sleep with mom last night, she certainly does move a lot.

Got to go torment Fido some more now that mom and dad are at work.

Dad' s Back !!!

Well Well my dad's back from being away somewhere I am not sure but he walked in with his suitcase and I watched him unpack anxiously waiting his trip to his music studio upstair where I listen to him play his guitar !!! I couldn't wait I beat him upstairs and almost made him trip and I laid right at his feet while he was practicing and playing. It is so good to hear him play, mom doesn't play the guitar so all the music I got while he was away came from a strange box.

Anyway my nightly rital of me listening to dad play the guitar is back in full swing (my personal opinion is that he didn't practice enough when he was away but I still need to give him encouragement)

Well I guess I better go take my nap now so I will be ready to stay up to listen to dad.

Dad's Away

Meow Friends:

Oh woah is me !!! My Dad took off today for two weeks. I heard him and mom talking, he says he is going out of the country !!! What am I to do !!! No guitar !!! I hope mom will put on some CD's so I can at least listen to some music if I can't listen to Dad practice his guitar.

Mom was off yesterday and it was cool having her around. I followed her most of the day (she thought I just wanted to be around her when I really just wanted to see if I could get another morsel). She brushed me and petted me alot. My sister Fido kind of followed us also and mom would take turns with us.

I think we are back on our schedule now because mom left this morning.

Oh what a Monday

Yesterday was very quiet in the homestead. Mom left the window curtains pulled back so I could look out. I discovered some more morsels in the pantry and finished up what my sister didn't eat for the morning snack.
Mom came home and I begged her for more morsels but I had to settle for my dry cat food !!! Bummer After dinner I went in to check on our snake she had shed and was very hungry boy was I upset when Dad gave her a mouse. I watched her eat it, but it was already dead so it didn't matter bacause half the fun of eating mice is catching them. After I finished watching the snake, I followed Dad upstairs to listen to him practice his guitar, he is getting pretty good. After that I spent all night laying by Mom.

Lazy Sunday !!!!

Well yesterday was a beautiful day. The birds and bug were out in full force, it was very frustrating having the screen block me from my intended prey, but alias all was not lost mom put me on the screened in porch for a little while and I had a few morsels of spider.

Mom brought me back in and I took a nap. Then Dad and I headed upstairs for the quitar practice. I really enjoyed it today and I sat in the window and listened and look out in the yard.

Then it was off to bed. I curled up beside mom most of the night. My sister Fido, you will meet her later we need to post a picture, was at the very end of the bed.

I really enjoyed meeting my new friends yesterday. I will say "hi" to all of them
