indoors and outdoors Arrival Story: Moxy and another cat (Rags) were dumped in a bin outside my sister and brother-in-law's. They kept them both until they moved, then they came to us. Bio: Moxy is a wonderful and loving puss who chirrups whenever she sees us. She is quite choosy in how she grants her affection and will not give it to someone who is noisy and rough.
