Xena likes to knock the telephone off the hook and meow. Xena speaks 3 languages; english, balinese, and siamese. Xena likes to take things like pill bottles, jewelry and play with them. Sometimes she hides stuff under the bed.

Arrival Story:
Xena is one of Eva's kittens from her first litter. She is a "miracle" cat, per our vet. We never thought she would live. She nearly died during surgery.
Bio:
Xena is a special cat. Xena was born with a rare heart defect called a patent ductus arteriosis. This is 1/5,000. Xena's vet of 9 years kept giving her antibiotics without seeing her.He thought she had a respiratory infection. We took her to a new vet where her heart problem was noticed right away.Xena had surgery to repair this but they were only able to partially repair the defect. She almost died during the surgery.Xena's heart is doing well. She needs medication daily.Xena is spayed. Xena has won multiple photo cat contests. She has 2 sets of papers. Xena has the softest fur. It is like silk. She is a sweetie. Xena does not like Madison the cat.She has de-throwned her.Xena is a traditional balinese/siamese. Xena is very fiesty .Xena has a unique voice. It is raspy, probably from her thoracic surgery.Update: Xena has won 1st place in a national cat registry cat show for best cat in 2005 and 2006! Xena comes when you call her name. She likes to follow her owner around the house. She notices new things. She is smart and doesn't miss a trick! Xena is on the vichus deer patrol. Always get a second opnion if you think something is not right with your vet. We are glad we changed vets.Update: Xena has placed 1st in the 2007 TCA cat contest. She is now a champion! 2008-1st place best in show! Xena married her longtime love , Orvis.

My collar showed up in mom's bed. It must of gotten caught up in the blankets. Mom is happy as she thought it might of been up high on the kitchen cabinets.

My collar is MIA. I'm not telling where it is. Mom got me a new one in October. It was a Lupine heart and was pink. Mom has looked all over and can't find it. She may have to climb on top of the kitchen cabinets next.

I have escaped the cold PA weather and I'm in Florida! Lots of sun here. Cool giant birds with stick legs too.
