Arrival Story: My daughter and I had wanted a cat for a long time, but with allergies, I was always worried to get one, and my husband was never a "cat person." This is VERY funny because now Cleo is his baby! I might have tricked him just a bit to get her. My daughter and I were at the humane society, and after seeing what a sweetie Cleo was, I called him, asking if he had thought about the cat request. After he said he was not going to be the one taking care of her, and he knew I would do what I wanted anyway, I handed the phone to my daughter who started shouting, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" He stumbled with a few, " Ah, ah, I," then he said, "You're welcome." Cleo and he get along great, she talks to him when he gets up for work, as well as greets him when he gets home. He will play with her, and worries if she seems quiet, or sick in any way. As for allergies, as long as she gets her allergy wipe downs, and we keep everything vacuumed we are great.
Bio: Cleo was a stray, three year old cat. She is white with black /gray splotches. She is loving and friendly and loves to be pet behind her ear, on top of her head, under her chin, and on her lower back. She comes and checks up on everybody at night making sure they are okay. She is VERY playful, and cuddly. When it is cold, she will come and lay under blankets, and put her paws on us. It is really cute!

My Family: It took me almost a whole year to warm up and really trust my family. Now I lay on my back and let them scratch my tummy! My mommy had cats while she was growing up, and love us. She knows how smart cats are! My mommy is a teacher for 2nd graders. My daddy was afraid of me at first-he saw my big fangs and thought I would use them to chew people up...hehehehe he knows better now. He fixes people's power, so us cats can have tv, lights, and running water fountains. My brother got taller and moved out to someplace called Florida. He is going to school to make movies, hopefully he will remember us little "people" when he makes it big. My sister goes to someplace called high school. She is gone a lot sometimes playing with a big white ball, and other stuff. Sometimes I visit her friends when mommy picks her up. They all think I'm so cute! Mommy brought home a fur-sister for me, at first I wasn't happy because I thought mommy would love her more, but now I love her lots and lots because we can play and play! Well that is all about my family- I love them so much!
My Top 7: Here are the top 7 things you need to know about me....
1. I am a stinker, mommy can't read a book without me ripping it out of her hands and head-butting her for pets...you should see what happens when she tried to correct papers!
2. I am sometimes addicted to chewing on paper, plants, and licking wood. A bad habit, I know, but don't we all have them?
3. I have a running water fountain that I drink out of. I would hardly ever touch my water bowl, so my sister used "the voice" until mommy got me this. I LOVE it!
4. I am afraid of being outside unless my mommy is right next to me, and I'm on my leash. I will run to my front door with my mommy and try to get inside.
5. I once ate a guppie, I pretended I didn't, but I really did.
6. I love to watch tv. My mommy even bought me the cat sitter videos-I love them!
7. I sneak into my mommy's bed when she is gone and hide under the covers if I'm cold. She has a waterbed, so it is nice and warm!
TOP 5 Reasons I LOVE BEING A CAT: 5. Tummy rubs and sleeping with my mom and dad
4. Can get away with chewing on paper and licking wood because "I don't know any better."
3. Pets and brushing-esp. if they feel guilty.
2.SLEEPING ALL DAY-IN MOMMY'S BED
1. I am treated like a queen by all, and I deserve it!
I am back to sneezing all over myself AGAIN! Mommy said it is the season for it. I have so many allergies. I wish there was more she could do to help me, but nothing works. Then EVERYBODY in my house has been sick!!!! It has been horrible. Poor mommy has been sick on and off for more than a month, so now her fibromyalgia is acting up, so she isn't worshiping me like she should AND because Mysty has been sick she spends all her time being nice to her. UNFAIR!!!!
Oh my cat, my two-legged sister graduated from high school and there is talk she will be MOVING away!!! Just like my two-legged brother did. She will be going to some place called Minnesota to college. I can't believe she is leaving me!!!! What have I done wrong to deserve this???? I just don't understand! What am I going to do???? Maybe I can go with her...I could hide in one of the boxes!
Well, I haven't wrote for awhile. Mostly because mommy got a laptop and she closes it, so I can't type when she is at work like I used to...MOL.
I just overheard mommy talking to my two-legged sister. Guess what???? I think she is going away this summer! Something about college, and Minnesota and moving! I think it will be like my brother-I think she is going away!!!!
I can't believe it! How dare she move away?! I mean she is like my very own kitten, and now she is talking about about moving.
I just don't get it. Mommy said it will be in this summer, but I am worried-who will take care of her if she moves?
