An Only Cat Is A Lonely Cat -- Teddy has been gone for 3 days now, and I can hardly stand it! The house is so quiet, and it seems empty without her. Even though she hisses at me and avoids me most of the time, I know that Teddy secretly likes me. I knew she wasn't feeling well because she was sleeping a lot and losing weight. But Mom says Dr. Nors is going to give Teddy a treatment that will make her 100% better. She might even start playing with me. (Wouldn't that be great?!?) I'm not gonna hope for miracles, though. It will be enough of a miracle for me to have Teddy come back home. I don't think I like being an "only" cat...

Hey Charly! You're so pretty! My name is Charly too! Even spelled that way AND I'm a girl too! My mommy named me after Geena Davis' character in The Long Kiss Goodnight.

I'm sorry your Teddy is sick. I'll be purrrring for her!!

Thanks, Charly! My sister Teddy came home from the vet last Thursday afternoon (18 June) and she's feeling much better. But she's back to bossing me around again -- I guess big sisters are like that. Anyway, I'm glad she's OK, even if she's cranky!

Hey, Charly -- I forgot to mention that I watch a lot of movies on TV, and if you ask me, you sort of look like Geena Davis. She's beautiful!
My Dad (who loves politics) says I look like Chester A. Arthur, 21st president of the U.S. -- which I don't think is much of a compliment, especially for a girl. But I know he's teasing...
