His tuna and being smothered with affection.
The vacuum cleaner, the sight of his cat carrier (he runs away, looking alarmed) and having to wait all day for "tuna time."
Catnip-filled toys, string.
Favorite Nap Spot:
The top of the couch.
9-Lives tuna, hands down.
He can communicate by staring intently...as in "Get my tuna now!"
Smokey was adopted from a no-kill shelter at Petsmart...he was spotted atop several rows of cat carriers, which was very fitting as he thinks he is the king!
Smokey was something of an "Alpha male" in his early years but has greatly mellowed over time. Although he can be shy with new people at first, he'll eventually plop into their laps...he loves attention and affection. He also loves to bathe his sisters and cuddle with them on the couch.

I think I'm going to like having my own blog...I'm sure it will be a better read than my sisters' blogs. Well, to start the day, I did a little howling around 5 a.m. Sometimes I just feel like waking everyone up. When Mommy got up, she cleaned the litter box and opened the shades...I love watching the birds and squirrels. Sometimes I sneak out the door to the deck...it's fun when they try to catch me, which they always do because I'm too fat 'n lazy to move very fast. Anyway, when Mommy left for work, I got up on the living room couch and went to sleep. Mommy thinks that's all I do during the day - and she's right! Of course, I did have to take a few breaks to eat...then it was back to napping. When Mommy came home after work, I greeted her at the door...she thinks it's 'cuz I love her, which I do, but it's really because I'm hungry and want my tuna! I go nuts at the sound of the can opener. I gobbled up my tuna and then got a few minutes of exercise chasing Cali and running aimlessly around the downstairs. That was exhausting, so I went upstairs to sleep on a nice, soft bed. Now I'm back downstairs in my lair, the top of the couch. And tomorrow it starts all over again. Thanks for reading my blog...I'll be back soon!
