Hi, gang! I've been here at the Bridge for 2 months now. Calvin helped me carry my heart basket that first day because it was SO full of hearts, I couldn't carry it by myself. Calvin is VERY strong, because he waves that billboard sized CATSTER sign when ever one of us gets here.

For my birthday last week, I had about 10 dates for breakfast, brunch, lunch, midafternoon snacks, dinner, and about 5 parties! These angels know how to PAR-TEE!!! And my blood sugar didn't go up, even a LITTLE!! And, of course, the day ended with a HUGE bowling party. I had never bowled before, and I wasn't very good, but it was a blast!

But I'm kind of embarrassed to report something else to you. I am having a hard time with flying. I can coast pretty well, but take-offs and landings almost always involve a crash. I stopped by the Brusselball Spa last week and crashed thru the roof! I'm so bad at it, that I have been assigned a guard to keep me safe. *blushes deeply*

I'm gonna keep trying, but as yet, I cannot sneak by and sprinkle angel dust on you, 'cause I'm likely to fall on you and kill you!

*attempts to sneak away in embarrassment, crashes, and is gently helped into the air by his guard*

I seem to remember Navin and FUBAR had problems with their landings. Maybe you can also talk with them to see how they handled it. Just keep practicing!! I'm sure you'll soon be all over the globe, sprinkling angel dust on everyone ♥

Don't worry Arnold. You'll get the hang of it! I guess they figure that if everything came easy and was all nice and perfect when you got to the Bridge, then you might get bored. I believe, before too much longer, you'll be the #1 flier there and be assigned to be some other new angel's guard.

Hang in there my friend! You'll get it!

Bet you needed wheels to roll in that heart basket. As soon as you get your wings under control, hope you swoosh down and visit your Mom. She misses you very much and so do all of your friends here.

I can understand it can take awhile, Many purrs to you for not giving up.
Sounds like you have many friends that can help you, which is pawsome.
Many purrs you get the hang of it soon and you will be soaring with the best of them soon, teaching others the trick you have learnt.

Arn, not to worry. There are quite a few angels who have a hard time with that! Everyone thinks it looks easy, but it's not! You'll get the hang of it in no time and you'll be flying loops in the air! I think the trick is to just take off and not think about it! I'm so happy that Calvin helped you with your basket. My Bridge sib, Cagney said he hasn't seen such a big one in a long time! We love you forever and ever!!

Well wing flying, it is a new way of getting around. I'm sure you're more accustomed to having your feet on the ground. No human can climb in an aeroplane and fly it without first learning how. I'm sure it's the same with angel wings!
