I am the family spokescat today. We want to send our Daddy happy birthday wishes!
Mawmee put an afghan on the bed since it has gotten cold, and in the afternoon, I like to take a catnap on it. Last night, I even slept in the bed with them for awhile. I knew it would be a pawsome birthday gift for Daddy even though I slept on Mawmee's side of the bed!
We all chipped in and bought Daddy a few gifts. Even Vivien got him something . . . . . a black cat Pez dispenser. Won't he be surprised? And Rocky's portrait was painted by Terry over at Dog Days of Painting. The picture arrived in time for Mawmee to frame it, and it will be a big surprise for Daddy too. Rocky will be on The Dog Days of Painting blog sometime in December.
Mawmee is surprising Daddy tonight with tickets to the Louisville Orchestra. They will be joined by a rock band and singers and will perform the music of The Eagles.
Happy Birthday, Daddy! We love you!
