SHEESH and MEOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I've been neglecting my Catster page. SO SORRY, feline buds!! I promise to do better now that Mom has more time to help me. She has a new part-time job at the University, which means she has more time to BE HOME WITH ME!!!!!!! Before she had a full-time job teaching at the middle school. This new gig is MUCH better because I get to see her more often!! Anyway, I plan to be on here more often!!

Cat-in-the-Boxes

Well, Mom, Dad, and I are getting ready to pack up the litter box and move to North Carolina. The movers come one week from tomorrow. I'll be leaving here this coming Saturday, though, since I have to go back to jail (being boarded at the vet) while the move takes place. I'll be in jail for over a week....I am NOT looking forward to that. I'll just count the hours till Dad comes to spring me on August 7th. While Mom and Dad have been packing, I've been having a BALL jumping in and out of all the cardboard packing boxes. What a BLAST for an active, curious kitty like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been a whirlwind around here with all the flurry of packing, but I'm having a lot of fun with the boxes. Geeeeeez.....I sure hope Mom and Dad remember to pack my basket of kitty toys, cans of cat food, bags of litter, and all my other stuff...........................................

Kitty Easter Fun

Well, Easter's over and it sure was a BLAST!!!!! The only thing that was a bummer, though, was having to wear those dumb pink rabbit ears for my Catster Easter photo. BOY OH BOY, I LOOK LIKE SUCH A DORK!!!! The photo underneath it of me with my white Easter rabbit buddy is a lot more flattering, don't you think??

One of the highlights of Easter for me is playing with those colored plastic Easter eggs!!!!!!!! Mom keeps a bunch of 'em in a basket in the living room. I just LOVE to jump up, scoop those eggs out of the basket with my paw, and bat them around on the floor. It's PURRRRRRRRRRFECTLY GREAT!!!

In the Dog (Errrrrrr...I mean CAT) House!

Boy or boy! Today I was really in BIG TROUBLE!!! I knocked that porcelain decanter off the bookcase again....the one that Dad loves so much. The problem was that, this time, the stopper in the top of the decanter broke into a million pieces!! Dad and Mom were really FURIOUS with me. I hid under the bed for most of the morning after I was punished. I felt really bad, but I was just having fun, right??

R.I.P. Mouse

I got a new toy the other day. Mom bought me one of those neat fuzzy mice that you pull back and it buzzes around the room. Sad, though....Someone stepped on it today and broke it. Now it doesn't buzz around the room anymore. It isn't any fun like that. Maybe Dad can fix it this weekend...

J A I L !!!!!!!!! (Subtitle: Being Boarded at the Vet)

Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!! Saturday my Dad took me to jail 'cause he and Mom were going out of town. Luckily, this was only a short visit...Mom picked me up early this morning (YEAH!!!!!!!!!!). Every time I have to go there, Mom says it's the best place in town for kitties...they put me in a two-room kitty condo and everything. I don't care, though, I still HATE IT!!!! Mom and Dad aren't there, I get yucky food, and there's no soft, warm place to sleep like Mom and Dad's bed. Oh well, it's over...at least until Mom and Dad go away again. I'm home now, and that's all that matters....home where I get lots of love!!!!!!

My New Page on Catster

WOW and MEOW!!! I am SO PURRRFECTLY excited about my new page on Catster. AND...within minutes of having my page posted, I gained 8 new kitty pals!! This is going to be GRRRRRRRREAT!!
