Mom

Dear Diary,

I am very displeased today. Mom went out of town over the last day or so and I missed her terribly. The only way I can let her know how unhappy she made me was to ignore her, but then NO PETS or LOVE!!!! I wish I knew how to make her understand that she can not just go away for any reason. Now I understand why she was so huggy and lovey the morning she left, she knew she was going away!!

She is home now and has offered lots of hugs, kisses and treats. She tells me and sis how beautiful we are and how much she missed us. She also says she was afraid Dad would not love us enough while she was gone!!! I guess humans are okay and they do actually love us very much.
