Arrival Story:
A former roommate adopted Rothy as a kitten from a friend of his mother back in July 2000 when we were 20-years old. The roomates of this rental house went their seperate ways and Rothy ended up living at my parents in October that year. My parents live in Munster, a small rural town just outside of Ottawa. He went missing on Thursday, October 24th, 2002. He may or may not still be alive, but I keep the hope alive that someday I'll run into him again. Wherever he is, I hope he's happy and comfortable. He was my special kitty who was there with me through a very difficult break-up in my early 20's and I will never forget Rothy. I made him a promise to always be there for him, and I will keep that promise until I no longer physically can. I miss him very much wherever he is and it's sad to think that he's now (2007) been missing for twice as long as I knew him for....Rothy I love you!!
Bio:
Rothy is/was a DLH brown tabby (looks like a Maine Coon) with beige patches and white spots on his chin and belly. He has thick black tabby stripes and yellow eyes that turn slightly blue around the centre when he's relaxed. He broke his leg in May 2001, we're unsure how he did it though, so he may still have a slight bump on his front right leg.
