A good day made Purrfect.

Yesterday morning I was surprised to find I had been named COTD by Catster. Well, I thought this will be a good day. I will be given lots of special attention by Mom & Dad & all of the siblings will be envious.
It happened just that way. all of us got tuna & a few extra treats. A mini party at home.WooHoo !!!!
But what made it so GREAT was all the p-mails, treats, Rosettes, Stars
& gifts from my wonderful friends here at Catster. You all are the greatest.
I want to thank every Cat personally. But until we get that done I want to thank each & everyone of you now in this entry. THANK YOU to the best of friends. You Made this Kitty's good day the best that it could ever have been. I love & appreciate you all more than you know.

Big Kitty

Hello All,
I can not believe it !!! Dad, has always called me his big bad boy. The bad comes out when it is time to go to the vet. I am sure that a lot of you understand this. But today on our visit, I have to admit the BIG really got the most attention. I my dear friends now top the scales at 21 pounds.
I hope that don't make Dad put me on a diet. Everytime Mom puts on a couple of pounds, She tells Dad she has to go on a diet.
For any of you kitties that don't know, let me tell you that a diet can not be a good thing. I have witnessed Mom refuse to eat ice cream, because of a diet. She also eats a lot of Green stuff that looks like some kind of weeds or something.
So I DO NOT want one. Never !!!!!!!

BIRTHDAY

IT IS MINE AND MY SISTER SCAREDY'S BIRTHDAY'S TODAY. HOPE SCAREDY WILL COME OUT OF HIDING A LITTLE TO HELP CELEBRATE THEM!!!!!!

A visit with the vet

Hello Catster Friends,
I am not a writer but I guess I will tell you of my frightful afternoon.
I started losing the fluffiness in my tail a few weeks ago. Then yesterday
during my brushing Mom noticed I had a bald spot on my right side,
further checking also showed a few more places where my hair is getting rather thin. So Dad arranged for me to accompany my sister Baby on a trip to the Vets Office.
The fun for the humans started when they decided to put me into a cat carrier. They first got the hard sided carrier . They couldn't wrestle me into that little door. I AM A BIG KITTY!!! Next they got the soft sided one
that zips at the tops. They were able to wrestle me into that one. BUT
when Mom set out to get Baby into the other carrier, I surprised Dad
I pushed hard enough on the top to unzip the carrier & away I ran.
I ran as fast as I could up the ramp & out the kitty door to the Catio.
Humans can not follow me there. Dad went to the garage & got tool to unscrew the Humans trap door on the outside. Well they finally got me,
Mom Grabbed me by the scruff of the neck & under the back legs,
and slid me straight down into the hard carrier.
I cried all the way to the office. When We got there they had to fight just
as hard to get me out of the carrier.
After all that hassle the vet told them that I have allergies. He gave me a shot & said that should fix me up. My beautiful hair should be fully
restored in about 2 to 3 months.
Well, gotta go eat now!!! Later, Spook
