Well Spring has finally arrived. Several months ago, mom saw this kitty stroller in one of her cat magazines. She was determined to get it for me for XMAS. Well, it arrived and has been sitting in the living room waiting for nice warm Spring weather. I think mom left it out for me to check it out and get familiar with it. Yesterday, two months later, was a gorgeous warm day. I knew I had to grin and bear this gadget because there was no way mom was going to send it back. I don't know whether to take this as an insult or not. I'm strictly an indoor cat and mom would get hysterical if I stepped outside this apartment. She'd have the police, fire department and anyone she could get her hands on to rescue me if I did. So, I know she has my best interest at heart when she bought this thing for me. Well as much as I hate my carrier, this thing was a lot bigger and more comfortable. So, I thought I'd cut mom some slack and go along with her. At least this time. To my surprise, it wasn't that bad. I had to squack for a few minutes once we got started, but I quieted down after we got halfway down the street. It really wasn't that bad, and the fresh air was great. Naturally we had to go show this thing off to all mom's neighbors. I knew then I had to be on my best behavior. Mom was in her glory. It's amazing what turns her on! I shouldn't complain now should I. Well after about 20 minutes of chatting with the neighbors, I had to tell mom I was ready to go home. The trip was a success! Mom was tickled pink and I really didn't mind the stroll at all. I have a funny feeling there will be more days like this. At least mom is counting on it. I guess I don't realy mind. I hate being left alone at home and at least this way I am always with mom. So all in all, it wasn't a bad experience. Oh, if anybody is interested... I highly recommend buying a pet stroller. They're not that bad at all. Ho hummm.. it's time for bed. Nighty night until tomorrow....Toulouse
