Miss You Baby

Thank you very much to all the kitties on Catster that ever met Baby and prayed for her during her illness.
We are pretty for sure it was the terrible worms. She had never been a really healthy cat since she had no mother. But she did put up a good fight.
She had been sick for more than three months. We DID give her worm pills , but she always threw them up because they hurt her stomach.
Even if she could take them , they could of killed her. (If a cat has lots of worms, the pill kills them too fast. Causing blockage.)
We are very sad to lose her this way, but she will suffer no more.

Needing Prayers & Purrs!

Some months ago Baby's health started to decline. At first we thought it was worms. So we gave her medicine. Weeks went by and still Baby was just as skinny as she was three months ago. At one point she was soo sick that she didn't eat nor get up from her bed. Soon we noticed that the other cats (especially Tommy and Mindy) started getting skinny. (So we are giving them all parasite herbal medicine just to be safe) Last week we heard about the deadly rat poison in cat and dog food. And guess what? The wet food we mixed in with their dry food was one of the pet foods that had been poisoned (Special Kitty)!!!We are not quiet sure weather or not Baby suffers from kidney failure or worms. But it could be both. She has a hard time breathing and sleeps all day. We are going to see if she starts to feel better before we take her to the vet. She is showing signs of wellness......I guess. She meowed for the first time in ages and meows every time we put food down for her. Baby seems to have a hard time walking too.

My Adventures as a Kitten

I've been meaning to write again for some time about more of my kitty life.
Recently I turned six years old. Wow! I seem old to the humans , but really I still very young. Even when we get old (say ten years) we're still young at heart.

Anyway.....


Now that I've turned six , it set me thinking about my kitten hood.
I didn't have mother so the humans raised me. You know not having a mother cat to teach about cat stuff it hard. Of course most things come to you as you get older , but ya still need a mother cat. What didn't come naturally , the humans taught me.
Surprisingly I grew up to be a mother cat.
When I was still a few weeks old , I was living with a neighbor. You see my humans couldn't keep me at there house. Everyday the girls could come over and take me home, then bring me back at night. But I wouldn't stay.
I'd follow them home right home, and then one day they got tired of bringing me back to the neighbor's house. So I stayed.
At one time , my humans had the most troublesome and mischievous dog.........Rudy!
He never stopped bugging me. Every chance he got (he had no teeth left so he couldn't do much harm) he mauled me with his gums. Me , being so tiny, couldn't fight back. He'd do it so quietly and I wouldn't meow , that the humans wouldn't even know it until I was soaking wet!
When I got older ,Rudy wouldn't dare mess with me. You know the saying"I'll box your ears" well you could say I did just that. Me having extra claws and all helped a lot. When I was younger I would sit up on my hind legs and actually box with my paws.


Our neighbors had a big tom cat named Thomas. At that time he was fairly old and he still lives today. He'd like to come over here , when he did...........
oh boy did I ever claw him up. I ran over to him, slide underneath him and scratch his stomach and his face. He didn't bother me after that.

More About me !

Every day here its pretty much the same . I think thats pretty good for me . I would not want to go somewhere every day . Exspecially not in the car . If you get put in the car , that means its time to go to the vet !!!! Last time I went was to fix up my cut that got infected ! Yep , I got bite by a rat . About two weeks later I got a fever . I wouldn't eat either . My head heart sooo bad too . And my mouth was swolen ! Then they took me to the vet which made it even worse . I stayed thier for a day and spend the night !!!! After they took me home I felt a lot better .

One time when the humans went somewhere and they left me in the house , I jumped up onto my dad's desk and went over to the phone and pressed a button that said message. And I left them a message ! Of course they couldn't under stand me , but I think thy got my point ! Well I have to get back to work , I mean sleeping that is .

Hunting

Dear Diary ,
Been hunting all day . I am very tierd ! I am also ready for a long nap .
Didn't catch any thing though , the mouse said he was just walking though my territory because he wanted me to sign a peace treaty ! Brave mouse , huh . And one ridiculus story too . But he really did . He has a little piece of paper . When I bent down to read it he ran off ! And did you know what the paper said !
So long smart cat ! Well , hurmph. I 'll get him next time , just you see .
We will see who is really smart ........
Anyway the rest of the day was fine . Very windy though .

Today our dog , Jordon joined www.dogster.com !!!
My oldest girl figured out that all of our pictures were weird looking ( they had that white thing below the picture ) so she fixed that for us .
Tomarrow is Saturday ! So what we cat live every day as a Saturday !

Meet Baby - The Tailess Cat

Hello ! I was surfing the internet today when I found this purrrrrrrrrfect website for cat lovers and of course.......... CATS !!!
To begin with my dairy I will tell about how I came to be with my family .
You'll have to forgive me if mispell any of the words , I am still new at typing !!

One day , I barley remember , I was lying by a dumpster . I did not know where i was or what I was doing there , but I did know that I needed something , or infact someone . My Mother . But she was not there . She must of gave birth to us and left. I was in the grass when I heard a terrible noise ! Two big dogs came by and snatched my other siblings . I did not know them very well since we were born not too long ago . Soon my Mother finally appered . The dogs ran after her and chased her up a tree . She finally came back and fed me . Later she left , and I never saw her again.Then I remember big hands picking me up and voices. Then I remember being held by two little girls . And fed out of a baby bottle . They loved me and cared for me . They took me to thier house and returned me to the neighboor's house when it started to get dark . But I would follow them back home . Soon I started living with them 24 -7 ! Now here I am . Five years old and a Mother to three litters of kitties . I also live with my son , Tommy or Thomas Jr. and a pescky little stray , Mindy . I had another son that lived with me also , Stuby . Brother of Tommy . But my son disappered one day . Even I don't know where he went , nor do the humans .
Well I guess that enough for one day .
Mindy is bugging me to get off of the computer so that she can get on before the humans come back . The little skunk.
