Arrival Story:
Huck was one of the kittens found by a city worker at a city park (see Teva for more details). Huck was scared of me for the first 4 months he lived with us. All I had to do was walk in a room and he ran out of that room as fast as he could. Huck used to love my other male cat Zeke and just follow him around all the time. The weekend Zeke died, Huck came up and laid next to me on the couch.

Bio:
After that weekend, he always made sure he was the last cat to see me before I went to be and the first cat when I got up. After having him for about 9 month, he became extremely ill with what seemed like a respiratory infection. With in a day he went so far downhill that the vet said he couldn't make it. We helped him to the bridge. When the vet did an autopsy on him she found him his chest full of brown goo and one lung seemed to have melted away. Poor Teva grieved for him for a month or more..
