Meows Everycat! Life here in CT has been really good the last few weeks.
My little brother Captain Morgan had his cataract surgery in January at Cornell Companion Animal Hospital. It was tough for him for awhile. He had to wear an e-collar, be crated and we were not allowed to visit him so he wouldn't get excited. It was a LONG MONTH I can tell you! We all wanted to see him!
Morgan's eyes are almost healed and he is so happy! He is a different cat! He plays with us more, and he watches things out the windows with us. We can't wait til a mouse comes in the house so we can teach him how to chase them. Or a bug in the summer. It's so pawsatively awesome to have him see things!
Morgan and I sponsored a really cool and fun Men in Pink contest to celebrate Morgan's First Year in his Quest to See the World. We had so much fun! The guys on Catster really are are in touch with their feminine sides!
Now Apache and Morgan are sponsoring a Babes in Blue Contest for the girls. Check out some of the pics. We hope lots more girls will join because they have some amazing prizes.
Mom made us a Pirate Ship - actually it's Morgan's but since we are his Cat Crew, we get to share it. Check out the pics on our pages.
Better run - I hear Mom in the kitchen - time to beg for a snack!

Well Morgan has been gone again for two days. Mom took him to the Cat Clinic on Monday for another blood test. And he never came home!
I was looking and looking for him! No Morgan! Finally Mom explained that he had to stay at the Clinic cause he was getting neutered. OK
So I decided I needed to get him a get well present. I looked around the whole house, talked to my Dad Fuzzy, my sister and brother, and we couldn't come up with anything!
Tuesday morning, I was just hanging out in the living room, when I heard noises. Hmmmmm - so I stayed really really still, and just waited. His get well present appeared out of nowhere! Of course Mom was in the kitchen having her coffee, and had no idea what was happening.
I came in the kitchen very softly, and dropped the little gray mousie at her feet and asked her to please bring it to Morgan as a get well present.
Poor Mom, she petted my head, and sadly said - "Oh Amigo, you are just a good boy. But the Doctor doesn't allow Take Out Food at the clinic".
...Sigh..........
But Morgan is coming home tonight! I'll look for another one!
