With a broken heart & tears streaming down my eyes I am writing this. Maria and I cannot let our sweet, loving soul kitty suffer any more. She is not able to eat even though she tries, but spits up most of the food as she has much difficulty swallowing. Most of the time she also has difficulty breathing. It is the most heart wrenching thing to see your soul cat suffer so much. We will be seeing the Vet this afternoon with Maggie for blood work to see how far her kidney failure has progressed and will set an appointment with the Vet to come to our home and send Aggie to Rainbow's Bridge. My God, what a difficult thing to do, I am having a difficult time functioning at work and mentally I am having a hard time staying on task, any task. It is amazing how a 4 legged fur child can affect your heart. Aggie picked me when Maria & I went to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League to adopt a companion for Maggie whom we adopted just an hour before. She immediately became my Soul Cat and we formed a strong bond. A piece of me will be taken when she crosses over.

Oh Daddy and Mommy....we all send you our furry hugs. You have given Aggie a wonderful life and so much love. What you are doing is very difficult but I thank you for being brave and courageous and giving Aggie this final loving gesture, a relief from earthly burdens and illness and being restored at the Rainbow Bridge. May your many memories bring you comfort and peace. Love, Skylar and family
Oh Auntie Maria and Uncle Allen, the day we had dreaded is actually here. We must all say goodbye to sweet little Aggie. You are so brave to make this difficult decision, but Aggie knows that you do it out of love for her. You have given her a lovely forever home, and showered her with love all these years...and it doesn't end here. You will see her again one day, and then it will be for forever. My family and I are purraying for all of you as you go through this difficult time. I will greet Aggie as she crosses over Rainbow's Bridge, along with Ralphie and the Bridge Brigade, Cleo and Suki, and D Max and White Boots, along with all of her furiends. My meowmy is sending you a prayer, hoping that you will have peace and healing over this. She also sends you tons of hugs and kisses and love. Rest in peace sweet Aggie...I welcome you to the Rainbow Bridge...

So sorry that your pawrents have to face this day and let you go. Our pawrents, too, were in this same position with their beloved dog Miss Essie. No animal had ever touched their hearts so strongly, and they grieved as deeply as for a child, but the time had come after 18 years.
We offer this consolation - she will always be there in your hearts and memories in the years to come. Hugs and purrs from all of us.
I'm so sorry to hear this - lotsa purrs.
What a lovely memorial for a lovely fur-child. God Bless.
Prayers and Hugs,
The Bush Family
