The woman got me cubes! Big Pink cubes! They are AWESOME! I run around in them like a hamster ball. They also have little ribbons hanging from the top on the inside. SO COOL. It's the funnest thing ever!! I wish the woman would hurry up and get that kitten! I need someone to play in the cubes with!

Did I mention a little cat?

I've been hearing the man and woman talk about bringing home another kitty especially for me! They say i have "ADD" and "too much energy" and am going "stir crazy" and that I need a playmate to keep me company.

I know what they mean by needing a playmate to keep me company.

Don't get me wrong... I like Pigeon and all... but she is just BORING! She spends most of the day sleeping. This usually occurs under the couch or on top of the big white cold thing in the kitchen. I try to play with her when she's awake. She doesn't like it. She usually hisses at me and runs away.

The only game we.... well I... like to play is where I go out on the porch and then she tries to go out on the porch and I block her!! It's a blast. She's not into enough though. The game usually ends quickly when she walks away unamused.

So anyway, I want a young kitty to play with. Somekitty who will appreciate the "block the porch" game and wrestle and chase the snake with me. I hope the woman brings one home soon.

High flying adventure!

As my first entry, I'd like to relay the events of "just the other night."

In the last few weeks, the snake charmer

-that's my dad. He's almost always the one who makes the little snake on a stick move. Sometimes the woman does it, but usually its him.

talked the woman

-that's mom.... she's ok. I think she likes me more than I like her. She doesn't play with me and she tries to hold me and pet me and stuff... and well... I don't really like it unless I am in the right mood.

into letting Pigeon and I out on the back porch. So we FINALLY got to get out there and look at the birds and flies and stuff.

-and there's this one bug I just can't get. It's huge! It's like a flying stick!

Now as you may gather, that's all fine and dandy... but I want out. I want to chase things on the GROUND not on a porch a story in the air. There's no where to go. and once the bugs get over the rail, they're gone! I can't get to them.

So "just the other night" Pigeon and I were out on the porch. She got bored and went in to "rest"

-whatever that is

and I decided to see what was going on. Now, I had been plotting my escape all day. I was measuring and planning, and judging distances all afternoon. The curtains were partially shut and the snake charmer and the woman had forgotten to leave the porch light on for us, so it was nice and dark. The snake charmer was in the bedroom on the "computer"

-you know, the TV with the moving arrow?

and the woman was reading on the couch. Well I made sure the coast was clear and I did it!

*CRASH*

I ran down the porch rail, and did this AWESOME move into the porch below ours! It was AWESOME! As I gathered my composure from the landing, the woman came RUNNING down the stairs. "KITTY??" she called for me. I jumped up on the rail just show her I was alive (I know she worries) and she beckoned for me to come to her. I blinked once, and then jumped back in the porch. The woman ran back up stairs as I began to explore this strange new land.

-before this whole "porch" thing I had been an indoor feline, much to my dismay, i never knew what "cement" was or "fresh air" or "bugs" or "birds" were.

I heard mom -er- the woman come back down the stairs and then knock on the neighbors door. "I'm sorry to bother you guys," I heard her say, "but my cat just did a trapeeze act and landed on your porch." I heard some males laugh, and then the door to the porch openned.

-NEW PLACE!!!

I ran inside and kept low so as not to be discovered by the humans.

Drat. They saw me. I tried to jump on their shelf to get out of reach, but the woman caught me!

Foiled Again!

"But they have a little cat in there, woman!" I tried to yell to the woman, forgetting that she couldn't speak cat like the snake charmer could.

-that's our little secret!

Darn her.
