Arrival Story:
Daisy Duke was adopted in honor of Moco Loco who is no longer with us. Moco was a stray that I rescued so I wanted to rescue another in his honor because he was just such an amazing cat. Daisy came from Pup and Cat Rescue and she was missing her tail. Hence, the name for her Daisy Duke tail (shorty short). She has brought so much fun and laughter into our home. Truly affectionate and loving. She forces you to pet her by finding your hands and lifting them with her head, she rolls onto her back and loves her belly rubbed, doesn't get spooked when the dogs lick and kiss her. She is not intimidated at all by the big dogs and will walk under them when they are eating and drink from their bowls. She knows the sound of the dog treat drawer and she comes running for her treat too. She is adorable and spunky. Unfortunately, she never leaves Sylvester, my twelve year old cat alone and he is on medication because 'mini-me' gave him an ulcer. He is doing better now though and he has finally accepted her.
