Arrival Story:
Arby was born under the house of the people that found him and his litter mates. Once discovered, the mama cat ran off. She belonged to their crazy neighbors how refused to get her fixed, but wanted nothing to do with the kittens, it is very possible that they have inhumanely gotten rid of many liters in the past (the people who rescued the kittens told us this, as they have seen the mama cat pregnant many times and never seen any kittens around). They wanted to keep the kittens, but they travel alot and it would b near to impossible for them to keep them, and unfare to the cats. They successfully and heroicly nursed the kittens until they were old enough to eat solid food, and and put an add in the paper to find homes for them. We had just lost a cat and my Dad said that I could get a kitten, and we found the add and drove out to Denham Springs to get him! (we didnt know at the time that almost a year to the day later we would be moving to Denham springs ourselves!) On the way home, we stopped at the fast food place known as Arbys, and the kitten went crazy over my brothers food, and litterally inhaled the roastbeef my brother gave him! He has become one of the sweetest cats we have ever had!
