Arrival Story:
We adopted Cindy from the local animal shelter. I had been looking at a cat that was really selling it -- putting its paw through the bars in the cage and being very friendly. My husband saw Cindy sitting in the back of her cage and kind of sulking. We asked to see her and we just knew she was the one for us. She was about two when we adopted her and was a little shy and sad about losing her previous owner. Over the years she's developed into a very affectionate and communicative companion and our best friend.

Bio:
We lost our beloved best friend and baby, Cindy, on January 10, 2008. She was with us for 13 wonderful years and brought so much fun and love to our lives. She was the first pet that my husband and I had together and she was a huge part of our lives. We have no children and she was our spoiled little girl. It was very hard to let her go, but we knew it was the right thing to do for her. She had been through so much and she just couldn't do it anymore. We will always love her and no one will ever replace her in our hearts. We hope we see you again over the Rainbow Bridge.
