Arrival Story:
My sister-in-law rescued Pericles from a home in which he was malnourished, among other things. He is the most loving cat I have ever met in my life. Unfortunately, he does not love babies and when my little niece started to walk, she and Pericles were not happy with each other. He did not attack her or anything, but he was starting to have 'accidents' on her toys and such. My sister-in-law decided that it was best to rehome him, and I'm thankful that she entrusted him to us!
Bio:
Pericles is NOT your typical Siamese, even though he has the markings. He certainly doesn't have the body type, either. He is super-affectionate to everyone that he meets, even other cats and dogs. It's unfortunate that his new sister Pickle is not very fond of him, regardless of his feelings for her. We're hoping that with time and LOTS of patience, Miss Pickle will come around and learn that her new brother is her friend.
