Nemo passed away one year ago today. We decided to take him to all the places he'd been and leave a little bit of his ashes there so he could finally roam free.

In 2009 we took Nemo and TinTin to Pender Island. Yesterday we took Nemo there again. This time the tide will take him out to the ocean to where he could never be while he was on earth. This is a video of our trip yesterday. http://youtu.be/2nHjTsIDKyg

I remember Nemo, one year ago today. None of us wanted you to go so soon.

You are now in new places you could not get to before. But I wonder if you dropped in maybe, once in awhile, since you learned to fly at the Rainbow Bridge.

I know Nemo will be waiting for his parents at the Rainbow Bridge.

I was just a kit when we first met, but I have always looked up to you, and I know you are scampering and flying all around kitty heaven with my sister, Missy Mups. You were both very speshal kitties; my mama told me so. As your staff always says, until we meet again...

It says today would have been your birthday. I know many will be thinking of you. You were a special kitty. You also have some amazing photos, I know you will never be forgotten. I'm sorry I missed this diary entry of your memorial, I haven't had much time to play on Catster this year. I hope all is well with your family and it's so sweet that you have managed to make contact with them. Many purrs your NZ friends.
