Arrival Story:
I met Ilsa on the way home from work. She was about 4 months old and hanging out with a few black kittens about the same age. She came right over to me looking for some petting. She was not afraid at all!!
Bio:
Ilsa is my first cat. She is super friendly, fearless and affectionate -- she is also a born leader!! She is "mom cat" to my other four cats and keeps everybody in their place. She used to go outside when she was younger and has never lost her taste for the great outdoors! She is constantly trying to dart outside and has succeeded on a few occasions!
She is named after Ilsa Lund of "Casablanca" and has several feline siblings -- Ricky, JT, Hemingway and Cleo. She also has 2 canine siblings -- Kelsey & Monique!

Ilsa passed away yesterday. She was suffering from intestinal cancer and cancer of the mouth. She was curious and affectionate self up until the last few days of her illness. She weighed 4.5 lbs when she died. My little angel. She was the best kitty. She really was.
