Arrival Story:
Emeril came to us in 2002. My niece had a friend who had bought Emmy and another Persian who she had named Seven and Eleven (Eleven was black...hence 7-11 in dice). The girl no longer wanted to care for the cats, so she pawned Emmers off onto my niece and then my sister took him in. After long suffering my younger niece, Jenna, my sis called me to take Emeril. Immediately after bringing him home, we decided to name him something "regal", but ended up with Emeril after the chef Emeril Legasse.
