Mipette was a cast-off from a Maine-Coone breeder as she is a half-blood. We sometimes joke, that her breed is Main Street
( a combination of Main Coon mom and street tom )
Bio:
She moved with us to Oregon from Europe in 1995.
She has the sweetest face and her nose is like velvet, but the rest of her fur is silky slick.
Sadly, Mipette lost weight during winter 2005/06, and then started throwing up a lot.
She was diagnosed with advanced liver cancer and we had to let her go on 4/27/06.
At the Rainbow Bridge Mipette met Edmund Hilary - short Eddie -. They fell in love and adopted little Bella and Ziggy who had passed over way too early. Meet them at the Rainbow Bridge Kitties!

So, Cleo has tagged me.
And now I have to come up with seven unknown facts about me, so lets get started
1. My first name was Minzi, which is a combination of the German word for kitty : Mietzie ( pronounced Meetsee ) and Winzig ( Weentsick ) the German word for tiny.
2. Two months later, after they adopted Mipo, I got the name Mipette
It is pronounced Mee-pet, like a female version of Mipo
3. My family always said that I was a Main Street breed. My mom was Maine Coon, my dad a Street tom.
4.Mipo was boss, sigh.
5. But I was always really concerned when he would escape again, I would wait by the window until he'd come home again.
6. My fur was extremely sleak and silky
7. Dad would always say I had a face like one of those 50-ies airplanes
