1...I am Italian and very proud of it

2...I loved to walk on the leash daily, and all the neighbors thought I was just darling MOL

3...I used to be Mipette's trainer. She was a bit on the heavier side, so I chased her around on a regular basis, so she would stay fit and healthy!

4...The Rainbow Bridge Kitties Group gives my mom a feeling like I'm still alive, just somewhere else, and I have found a gazillion of great friends there

5...Favorite treat was raw beef heart

6...At night, I would drink some water, then come back to bed and kiss mommie on the lips ( wet and cold )

7...Except for the last couple of years of my life, I was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Cat. In the daytime, I was not a cuddler, they coined the term "Mipo flight angle", that's what I did when someone held me in their arms.
But at night I would kiss and cuddle. I think I thought nobody would think it was the same cat and it would not tarnish my reputation of being my own independant cat!

I am overjoyed to announce that I got married yesterday!
At the Rainbow Bridge.
To my one and only, sweetest little darling Missy.
The ceremony was wonderful, although Missy was a teentsy bit late and I was sweating bullets about being left at the altar....
No, she would never do this. Her heart is true.
So my roaming days are over, but what a wonderful prize I got:
My Missy, with the bluest eyes in both worlds.
She holds my heart in her little white paws.

All of our friends with the Rainbow Bridge Kitties Group were there, and Muffin had written the most romantic vows ever:

We are a team that transcends through time
No one knows you better than I
No one knows me better than you
My paw prints shall always walk by your side
Each step you take I am there
Each time your heart speaks to me, I hear
Hear me whisper back of my love
I knew in a heart beat how I could help you
To return to you the true love you give to me
A love always and forever
Red roses to you in your dreams
We are a team that transcends through space
United for all times
Trust unbroken, forever given

Everycat was merry, kitty tears were cried in abundance, there was dancing, a cake, and when it was time to throw the bouquet, my little clever and kind Missy untied the flowers before she tossed them, so every girl caught one! Oh, that's my baby!!!

We decided to adopt Butterscotch to give Meatbag a brother. All the rainbow bridge babies are adopted by couples because they still need pawrents.

I'm still all dazed and ueber-happy.
My mom doesn't have to be sad anymore as I have so many friends, and I have love, so much love, and my Missy!

When I first came to the bridge on June 25th, 2005, I thought I would never be able to get over losing my family.
But I was so sick. My body was barely functioning from the cancer that had started in my bladder and did not want to eat anymore.
I was in pain all the time.
Though it broke her heart, my mom made the right decision to let me go.

She was so sad. She was crying every day.
She had not found the wonderful community of catster yet.
Then I sent her Quincy first. For her birthday. I had only been gone for a little more than 2 weeks. I know, it was too early.
But I needed to do something. She was drowning in a sea of sadness. It helped. Quincy was still very young and really needed a home. But it was not enough. When Quincy was a little older, I sent her Princess in October. She really needed mom's help. So mom fostered her.
Still, she looked at my photo so often and cried.
Princess moved to a no-kill shelter 2 hours from our home because she could not get along with Quincy and Mipette.
Then she went to the bridge as well.
I welcomed her.
Still, mom looked at my photo and said: I have tried Mipo. I can't do it. I'm so sorry. So, I tried again.
This time, I gave it my very very best: I sent her Mio, 2 days before Christmas 2005. And finally, it worked. She was happy again.

And now, I could really enjoy the life at the rainbow bridge.
I am healthy, have no pain, and I'm like a young cat again, I look down from the bridge and see my mom sleeping with Mio in her arms. She still says goodnight to my winky star every evening before she falls asleep.

I made many new and wonderful friends here at the bridge.
And then, one lovely day, Missy became a member.
I took one look at her and my heart was lost forever.
And even better - she loves me too!
Then we moved in together, and one day I took all my courage and asked her for her paw forever. She said yes. Maybe I have wings here, because I could have sworn I was flying. She will be my forever kitty.
We will get married on Sunday, November 19th, at the Rainbow Bridge Kitties.
Stay posted!
