Arrival Story:
Sacha was originally Murray and was a stray taken in by a friend of mine. I was staying over her house one evening and awoke to someone pushing me. It was Murray and he was trying to make room for himself on the couch. Murray immediately fell asleep next to me when I gave him some room, and he won my heart. The next morning I told my friend that I was taking her cat home with me and she obliged because she already had 2 other furbabies. I took Murray in, renamed him Sacha and have been in love ever since. He's my baby boy and I can't get enough of him.

Bio:
The vet who originally cared for Sacha when he was taken in by my friend took it upon himself to cut more than the tip of Sacha's ear, which is why he's been nicknamed Van Gogh.

She's driving me nuts with the camera

My mom is driving me crazy with her new digital camera. Following me around the house snapping pictures. I can barely get a good fight in with Tiberius and there she is, right behind me. I don't have a moment to myself.
I can be in the middle of chewing on a brown bag and there she is - click! flash! I'm gonna go blind.

The funny part is that my mom barely knows how to use the camera. She spends half the time chasing me and fiddling with the buttons, all the while cursing obsceneties (she thinks I don't understand).

But, I've learned a new trick. If I'm doing something really cute and see her coming I will stop and look bored. It drives her nuts.
