Arrival Story:
A few months after losing my beloved 19 year old furbaby Rocky, I saw Serena's photo on Petfinder.com and something drew me to her. She was surrendered to the shelter as a pregnant 9-month-old by her previous guardian, who had 43 cats! After giving birth & nursing 4 kittens, she was a skinny 6.7 lb. waif when we met but very friendly. She came down with an URI that night and we had to wait weeks before we could bring her home. It took months for her to become the healthy, chubby, terribly spoiled darling she is now, 2+ years later.
