Arrival Story:
I found my people parents when I went to them as a foster cat with 5 babies only 2 days old. 4 of the babies passed on and one remained. I found I had been exposed to feline distemper while carring the babies and they were affected. I am fine and a wonderful cat. Very friendly and loving. I have since been spayed and now we're trying to put a little meat on my bones. I am happy not to be alone anymore but with my people and other cats. They have also kept my baby Cleo so I play with her a lot.

My new family calls me Momma Gato. When I came to them with my 5, one day old babies it was supposed to be temporary as a foster family. Well my babies were sick and 4 of them died. Only one was left and they called her Cleo. Some people came to look at us to adopt us but when they found out that I had been exposed to feline distemper while carrying my babies and that Cleo had cerebellar hyplasia because of it, they didn't want us. Well my human mom was so mad she said "well, I wouldn't give them to her now if she begged me!" So we got to stay, yeah!!! It's good here. I have my baby Cleo to look after, 5 other furry brothers and sisters and my human mom and dad. they love us all a lot. I have lots to eat now and get to sleep in a warm house all the time. There are lots of toys and treats and life is good :-) Only bad part was when mom took me in a cage to the vet. I never made a sound cause I didn't want to get left again. But she did leave me. Next thing I knew I was awake and had a sore tummy. Then mom was there again and everything was OK. My human mom says we can't go outside but that's OK, there are windows to sit in and look out. Cleo wouldn't be safe outside so I'll just stay in with her.

It's Christmas

It's Christmas, I think it is my 2nd but I'm not sure. If so, I was very young then and don't much remember. It's been a busy year for me. I had 5 babies in August. All but one went to the Rainbow Bridge. Cleo was a fighter and made it! These human people took in me and my 5 babies. I'm still here and think I have a pretty good home. They kept me and Cleo. I always have fun and lots of food to eat now. I get to play with my baby Cleo and my human mom snuggles me to :-) Life is good now days!
