Arrival Story:
Well, I consider her a rescue, as I didn't have her when she was a kitten nor did I buy her. I got her from a client when I was working at a veterinary clinic - she wasn't getting along with the client's other cat and she'd just had a litter of kittens that were old enough to find new homes. She was only a little more than a year old. I was moving into my first apartment at school, so I agreed to take her. She was my first pet after moving away from home (well, except for a betta fish).
Bio:
Lotte has been with me through three different moves and was always a good sport about it (except for the car ride). But I think she is definitely happy now that we have a house. Her life changed a little when we adopted a baby kitty earlier this year, but she's been a good sport about that too, for the most part. She's a very sweet and playful cat - always purring her squeaky little purr.
