Mommy, myself, and my beloved Wiggy traveled to see my Daddy. After the Mardi Gras Pawty last Tue night, we slept in a pile on Mommy's bed. She got up at 5 am, showered and had her coffee while we breakfast and cleaned up. After we loaded the car, Wiggy and I napped in the back seat while Mommy drove for the next 10 hours. We arrived at Daddy's right before he got home from work. While Mommy and daddy visited, Wiggy and I sneaked off to Ravonolies and had the most OMC scrumptious fried chicken ever made. It is slap your Momma from the table fried chicken! We were covered with grease from the tip of our noses to the tips of our tails. We slipped back home and spent most of the night cleaning up! MOL!!!
During our furtastic week, Wiggy and I went to St Louis and went to the top of the Arch. The rides up and down were scary but the napping in the outlook windows was divine!
Another day we went to the Butterfly Gardens and was able to see a butterfly hatch. It looked so tasty, I mean so interesting. We also went to the Zoo.
We also visited the Science Center, The Natural History Museum, The Indian Mounds, and the Lewis and Clark Museum. We also saw a play at the Metero Theater. We were gone so much Daddy says it was as if Wiggy and I were not even there. Of course I did have my Daddy time here and there while Wiggy rested.
This Wensday morning Wiggy and I said our goodbyes at the airport. He flew home and Mommy and I headed back to Texas. We had a wonderful week of FOOD and FUN!! I even think Mommy had a good time too. MOL!

It was a misy morning again. I got up first and ordered a carafe of catnip coffee. Wiggy was sound asleep, curled in a ball, paw over nose. The only thing missing was a sunbeam streaming in on him. I took my coffeee out onto the deck, to watch the sun finish rising, my robe protecting me from the damp air. This was our last day of the
cruise, tomorrow morning we would disembark and fly on to Paris for 3 days. I must admit, I do not see how we did so much in so little time, we have been so saturated with history and beauty, I am actually ready to stretch out on my blankie and sleep for a week! We both will be very excited to see our Mommies, and Wiggy even kind of misses Faffy. I still can not believe I am married to such a special, furtastic, cat.
Once Wiggy got up, we made our way upstairs and had a scrumptious brunch. The ship had all kinds of fun activites for everyone to do. Wiggy went to have a massage ( fond farewell to his Miss Italy Kitty, ROFL) and a trip to the steam room while I made sure our packages and scooter were secured to be shipped home.
We spent the day playing games on deck, swimming in the pool, and of course...eating! A late afternoon catnap topped off our day. We went to the final ceremonial dinner and were seated at the Captain's table. Everyone toasted us wishing us a long united marriage. We played cards with a couple that were on the cruise celebrating their 25th anniversary. One day Wiggy and I will will be there! We decided to call it an early night. We had to catch a flight around noon tomorrow.
