Arrival Story:
I went to the shelter where I adopted Armand 2 years ago (they still remember him), my boyfriend didn't with me the first time, but wanted to participate in picking a companion for Armand. Harley was found in a cemetry with a homeless person. This person had a comforter, a 20lb. bag of Iams, and a bottle of water for his kitty. When he was relocated to a homeless shelter, the animal shelter offered to hold on to his pet until he found an apartment. When this turned out to take too long, he signed over the kitty so that it could be put up for adoption. He was so loving and friendly, we couldn't resist. When the shelter personnel found out we were the ones who adopted Armand (then known as Marshmallow), they said he would be a perfect companion for him. It was a little tense the first couple of days, but now they're buddies. And he's a big mush...
