Curiousity Killed the Cat!

I Love my little Mice-ys!

I hope everyone had a purrrrrr-fect Christmas. Mom, Dad, and Sis bought Lucky and me some cute little mice-ys to play with and a new scratch pole. I prefer to scratch on the love seat but mom gets mad. we opened our presents just a little too soon, we could not resist that catnip so we sniffed them out and opened then a day early. OOPS! well have a purrr-fect new year!

Oh Christmas Tree! Oh Christmas Tree!

I am so glad mom and dad decided to put up our new play toy. It is big, and beautiful and all those little light are so very bright. Lucky told me it wasn't for us but I didn't listen. I got in there and started playing and knocked down branches, pulled off that blue rope, and batted at those pretty things they called ornaments. You see I did this one night when everyone was sleeping, so the next morning when mom found it she was not happy at all, just like Lucky said. This was the first time mom yelled at me. She picked me up, took me over to the tree and said "no, no". "No Tree". Boy has she got a big mouth especially when she has your face in it. The next night I decided to do it again, and I got yelled at again, except this time she slapped me on the nose while she was yelling. Ok, so I though surely she was just having a stressful week at work, she didn't really mean I couldn't play in that tree that was so much fun! So the next night, Lucky warned me to stay away from it, but I got just a little too carried away and....Oops! I did it again!....Isn't that a song? Mom was very upset when she woke and found the entire tree knocked over. She looked at me and I ran, but she was not yelling, she found me, picked me up, and took me to the tree, she said "No Tree" very loudly and she gave me my first spanking, three times on the butt, and then she slapped my nose again. Well, I learned my lesson, I was to leave that beautiful, bright tree alone. If only Lucky would have told me!

I have Arrived!

I was just a stray, and had no place to go, until this little girl named Ashley took me in. Ashley or big sis, mommy, daddy, and even Lucky Lee have accepted me. i was not really a well cat when I first stepped into my new home. I had a bladder infection and I did not feel like playing or eating. When I did eat, it usually came up. My new mommy was concerned and took me to the vet right away. I had to take this nasty medicine, and I also had to deal with Lucky hissing and swatting at me. Once the medicine started working, I was a such a cute, funny and mischeivious little princess. And I still am! Lucky may think he is the king of the castle, but I am the one who runs the show! I like to play in the bathroom sink, I like to climb curtains, I like to climb if I can, and I love to be vocal! The best thing about me is, I have the loudest and most beautiful purr! well thats it for now Ta-Ta!
