Arrival Story:
Myra comes from a shelter nearby where she had ended up with her two brothers after being abandoned by someone at only 5 weeks of age. She hated it at the shelter and when we got her home she was undernourished and dehydrated, due to the stress she felt at the shelter. However, after much love, care and medecin, she finally got better and today she is as healthy as any other cat.

We also noticed early on that she, for whatever reason, was deaf (confirmed by a vet).

I woke up early today, I usually do. And once again, mommy and daddy were still asleep, so I had to wake them up.
I mean, who is still asleep at 5 in the morning, honestly?
Mom got up anyway, giving me some food. The food was great, but I wanted to play, so I found a toy that I could run all over the place with. Mom and dad must've wanted to play to, because they woke up. :)
After a while dad went outside that door again. Where is he all day anyway?
Oh well, this day has just started, and I have to go play again. Maybe mommy will take out that really fun red, feathery thing in the cupboard. I sure hope so.
Bye bye for now!
