Thanksgiving tag

Well, I have been tagged in a game of special Thanksgiving tag by TWO kitties! Miss Mickey and Allie Girl!

Here are the instructions.....

The rules of this holiday game are quite simple. When you are tagged, pen a diary entry regarding what you are thankful for, then send a rosette or Pmail to 5 cats, telling them they have been tagged. They then do the same, and usually they mail you back to tell you they've completed the task. So here goes...

Here are some things I am thankful for:
1. I'm thankful for my warm house, that I'm not out roaming the streets anymore.
2. I'm Thankful that I get Fancy Feast every morning and the geckos I get to catch.
3. I'm thankful for my cat tree atop which I can observe my kingdom.
4. I'm thankful for the rescue lady who took me in from the mean streets so mom could take me to my furever home.
5. I'm thankful for catnip! Mom gives me my catnip toy to play with each morning!

Seven Facts about Me

1. I do not like my feet touched.
2. I meow at mom to take me out in my stroller. Sometimes it works.
3. I follow mom into the bathroom so she can sit and pet me there.
4. I like to drink out of the bath tub faucet.
5. Do NOT try to comb me!
6. I grumble when I don't get my way or when Annie is bugging me.
7. I sleep on the floor next to the AC vent.

Escape!

Last Saturday it was raining all day so I just laid on my table by the window and looked out. Mom was lookng out too saw a little humming bird sitting on the porch railing. It just sat there. For a long time. Well, mom got the idea that she would take a picture of it but every time she tried to take the picture out the window, the flash would go off and spoil the picture. Finally she opened the door just a crack and tried again but the bird flew off. It was back a minute later and she tried the door again. What she didn't know was that I had gotten down and tiptoed out the door while she was concentrating on the bird picture! She shut the door and thought she saw something moving on the porch so she looked out the window and saw me checking out the cactus! I almost got away with it but stopping to investigate the cactus was my downfall. She tiptoed up behind me and scooped me up and took me back inside. She said I was grounded! Whatever that means. That was sort of fun so maybe I'll try it again later. (Don't tell mom)
