Arrival Story: My boyfriend and I talked for months about getting a kitty of our own. One fine, sunny Sunday afternoon, he suggested that we try to adopt. We arrived at the pet shelter and we knew she was the one. She took to us instantly and we thought she was a calm kitty, who knew she was really a monster.
Bio: Chloe was adopted two days after arriving at the animal shelter with her brothers and sisters. By the time we got to her, she was the only one left in her cage.
I got spooked today for some reason and I scratched momma pretty hard that she cried. Now I'm laying next to her on the bed to make her feel better. Ever since Kara came to live with us, I have to say I'm a bit more jumpy than ever before. Kara just moves too fast for me, I have to admit, it's fun watching her but boy does she like to get into trouble! Mom and dad took her to get her shot today and she came home smelling like a dog. Kara said it wasn't that bad but it was really noisy. She got several "pretty kitty" praises I bet. I hate to admit it, she is really cute that's why I have to try and bite her sometimes, just so she knows she's not that cute.
She makes me sooo tired and thank goodness momma took her bell off. I was so stressed every time I heard that darn bell. She plays with my tent house, she eats my food, she attacks me and momma won't let me take a little nibble. Yes, its true, I did lick her bottom while she was sleeping, yes I do want to smell her BUT she won't stop moving. She's completely nuts. She's been here for 3 weeks now and I don't think she's leaving.
mommy and daddy carved some pumpkins, they smelled really good. they also put up these cool scary pumpkin lights around my windows, i really like it. they dressed me up as a ladybug this year, daddy wanted me to be supergirl to his clark kent/superman costume but by the time they went to get it, they were all gone :*( we gave out candy and people even took pictures of me, i think mama is right, i might just be a model in the making.
i heard the parental units discussing the xmas tree this year, they want a baby one instead of a big one. i think they might still be upset that i killed all the ornaments last year. plus i think they want to decorate the whole tree not just the top half this year. its not my fault that the tree was the perfect size for me to sleep in. i guess we'll see.
oh, they are also thinking of getting me a baby sister this xmas too. they think i would make a great big sister, at least it will give me someone to boss around when they're at work.
