Trinity, not even 7 years old, was euthanized on Saturday, February 24th, 2007. She went to the emergency hospital due to sudden paralysis of her tail and hind legs, which led to a diagnosis of untreatable, long-term lymphoma or lymphatic sarcoma. Thankfully, she didn't suffer long and I know that she is at peace. She purred for the first time in weeks after I decided it was best for her.
Trinity will always be loved, missed and remembered. Her brothers, Gabriel and Helios, miss her, too, but are adjusting well, thanks to having each other. They are offering me great comfort, too.

The little brat, Helios, got Diary of the Day on Catster - he's now thinking he is lord of the manor! We know that's not true, I, being the owner of the human the longest, am the Queen!
He's being insufferable. Thankfully, my human has decided to put the chair back by the door, I like being her watchcat.
I have my other chair, back, too, the one that moves. I like to sit there most of all.
I have to go have another chat with Helios, he's into everything.

Okay, my human got all funny the other night. She was laying down on the big couch in the living room and looked comfy, so I hopped up and lay down with her. Then the little hellion .. what's his name? Helios?... jumped up and snuggled in against me. This alone is quite a common site, but when the big one, I think his name is Gabriel, jumped up and joined in, my human got all lovey-dovey. Something about wanting to take pictures of us like that. She doesn't know yet that we often do that when she's not home to see us. We like to be sneaky. The truth is, I've fallen quite in love with both of those boys, even though I don't like to admit it.
This weekend, she had some other humans over, including a really small one. This small one was fun, but I am not used to being petted quite that way. As soon as I got my chance, I escaped into the hall closet. I did notice that my human was quite friendly with the small one's .. what are they called? Parent? She seemed happy - and that made me happy.
I miss my human when she's gone at work. Thankfully, she's usually home before it gets dark and we can get in a good, long cuddle. I drool on her when I'm very happy, so she's got a blanket for me to lay on while I'm in her lap.
