Arrival Story:
Blackie was one of 5 kittens that were brought to us by their mom, Grey Baby. He was the only black kitten and the next in size up from being the runt of the litter. But make no mistake, he is pure sugar. At one time my husband thought he'd found a home for Blackie as a kitten but the person backed out. I was so very glad. Blackie caught my eye from the first moment I saw him toddling around and one look into those golden eyes and I was hooked for life. He is the soft, loving and never passes up a chance for cuddle time.

Bio:
Blackie passed away on 3-19-07. He was helped over the rainbow bridge by our vet at our home. He didn't want to leave me. I think he would have endured any pain to keep me from being lonely. He joined his brother Boots and his friend, Miss Kitty. I asked Blackie before he left to come back to me again as another little kitten and kiss me on the nose so I know it is him. I will miss him so badly. Blackie's brothers include: Tiny Tiger, Boots & Fuss-Fuss (Fuss-Fuss found a home as a kitten) Blackie's sister is, Doodle Bug. His mother, who lives with us is Grey Baby and his grandmother, also living with us is Patches.
