Yuck! I had to go back to the Vet again because my Diabetes is no longer under control. It was only fur a blood test thank goodness. Dr. Henderson tested my blood glucose and it was 380. Not good! Last month it was 335, and she found that alarming. Since March I have been doing really good, my numbers have been in the 200's. The Vet said this was acceptable. When my number shot up to 335 last month Dr. Henderson said we would pawbably have to change my medication dosage to get my Blood Glucose back down. She asked Meowmy to bring me back fur testing in one month instead of efurry two months like we have been doing. So, we came back this month to check my blood glucose to see if it would go down. Instead, it went up. Double darn!

Dr. Henderson told Meowmy that I would have to take 2 1/2 tablets of Glipizide efurry twelve hours now, and she will check my blood in one more month to see if that does the trick. I will keep you all posted after I get the results.

Remember a few months back when I told you about my furiend Big Harry, and how well he was doing with his Diabetes? Well, something happened furry suddenly, and he crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 6/29/12. His pawrents are devastated, and so are all of his furiends. Big Harry was larger than life, and efurrybody loved him! All of his furiends and family are reeling from the shock of his passing. Purrlease pray fur efurryone that is hurting. We are gonna miss you Big Harry!!! You will nefur be furgotten...

We all will miss our Big Harry he was one very special fur. I'm a diabetic and get 2 shots a day. I know how you feel when you are doing everything right and the Vet says your not making the numbers. Hope you get it all leveled out soon and are back to nap'in in the sunshine and not running to the vet and getting stuck.

E.J., we're purring for you, we hope you can get your blood sugar under control and we know your pawrents will do all they can to help you get better.

We're also keeping Big Harry's family in our purrs and prayers, we are asking God to heal their broken hearts.
