I saw a pregnant cat and told the owners I wanted two kittens. She had them the next day, and when they were old enough, Tuffy was my first pick.
Bio:
Even people who thought they didn't like cats, liked Tuffy. He was that kind of cat.
He moved from Minnesota to Texas, and was a good big brother to every kitten that came into the house. All he ever did to assert his authority over them, or even the dogs, was to lift a paw, but he never unsheathed his claws. When an injury required the removal of one front leg at the age of 11, he needed a little TLC, and that's when he became addicted to cream. Every time the frig opened, he assumed he would get some cream, but we had to restrain ourselves to keep from making him too fat!
