Arrival Story:
One day, my mom and dad went to the local petsmart to get some food for the other 2 kitties they had and a rescue group, The Last Chance Animal Rescue, had an event there and I was there with my littermates. Mom and Dad were looking for another cat and definitely wanted a kitten and they saw me. They asked to hold me and once Dad picked me up, he just didn't put me down. They forked over the $150 adoption fee (personally I think I am worth way more...) and scooped me up and took me home. I was only 7 weeks old and weighed 1 lb. I had worms and some other stuff, but after several trips to the vet (which weren't so bad b/c the vet seems to have an endless supply of kitty treats), I was deemed well enough to play with the other kitties and I have been running the show ever since.
Bio:
I am a total nutball and afraid of nothing. mom and dad moved to a new house, a "fixer-upper" as they call it and had 2 guys come into paint when i was only 4 mos. old. One of the guys was a total cat lover and let me out of the room i was in... thought he was doing me a favor. well, about 10 minutes later, he opened the can of blue paint to paint their bedroom and I stuck my face right in... I mean it was blue paint... mommy wasn't happy though... it took her weeks to get all the blue paint off, especially on my whiskers. i am a total stinker, hence my nickname, mr. stinky pants, but i get away with it b/c i am so darn cute. when i was a baby, mom and dad used to take me to bed with them b/c they were afraid i would get lost and scared in the house. well, what did they expect? i got used to it and now, when they go to bed, i do too. i get right in between them, crawl under the covers and then pop my little head out and put it on the pillow just like them. i mean, the bed is there for me, isn't it? anyway, i am just an all around sweetheart. i love everyone... heck i tried to give the roto-rooter guy headbutts. But my favorite thing in the whole world is suckling on mommy's furry blankets... seemed i was never weaned properly and those blankets remind me alot of my kitty mommy....
