Long Time!

wow, I think I forgot I had a diary! Almost a year since my last post, sheesh!

Okay so what's new with meee - I gave up my mylar crinkly toys for something far more addictive, mini nerf soccer balls! I absolutely cannot stop chasing them, but by far my most favorite thing is to play fetch!!! I drive my moms crazy all day making them play fetch with me, haha. C'mon though, how many cats do YOU know like to play fetch????

Today is my birthday! I'm 2 whole years old. Mom says I'm "terrible two", probably because I've discovered that knocking stuff off the coffee table is a blast. Me = naughty.

I saw mom bring in a birthday present for me too, I'm so excited! I'm really really sure that it's more soccer balls. Ahhhhh bliss. Maggie thinks I'm dumb for fetching she likes to sit back and watch mom go get stuff for her, haha. That girl is weird.

Maybe I'll remember to post here more often! Meeeeeow!

Ah i'm so stoked for xmas this year! mom's been gettin' me all riled up, tellin' me she's spoiled me rotten!!!! grandma also bought me stuff, i can't wait to get my paws on it all!!

i'm so grateful i have a loving family and home for the holidays, i'm a lucky guy! mom's made sure to make donations to various pet charities lately; she says she feels so sad for all the animals that aren't going to have families of their own this time of year, but i see her feeling bad all the rest of the year too. i think she'd probably adopt everybody if i let her!! =^.^=

Maggie came over for a playdate the other day, we had so much fun playing tag, not to mention wreaking havoc in Mom's office!!!! Ma thought it was funny though, & took some pictures. i'm glad she has a sense of humour......

Maggie though, that girl is definitely not allowed catnip when she's over here anymore - she chased me around, bopping me on the head for at least half an hour after she had some!

life sure has been awesome lately!

mom's been buying me stuff ALOT lately - makes me wonder what i'm going to get for Christmas if this is any indication!!!! my favorite thing of all, is the little crinkly, wrapper-type balls. - they are perfect for playing catch!!! mom is cool and plays catch with me several times a day. i like it when she throws the ball up high, i like to get right underneath it, and wait for it to land. i'm always ready to pick it up with my teeth, and go running to her at "home base"!

she also let me go for a ride with her in the car the other night. she was going to take movies back to the video store, so she told me the short trip would be alright - it was great! i loved looking out the car window at all the trees and fallen leaves. the lights of the city are so wild looking when it's dark! too fun. i hope she lets me go again sometime......

-yawn- well it's time for me to get some shuteye! i'm worn out from playing ball!

my mom made me this today, and i think it's pretty neat! i hope i make some friends!

my mom adopted me just this past Tuesday from the humane society, and i'm so happy we found each other! i miss my old friends, Cali & Squeakers, but i'm sure they're happy to be in their new homes like i am.

this apartment is so big! i was getting lost at first, but now i think i have the lay of the land down. my favorite part of this place is the huge windows! i can see all the trees, birds, squirrels, and other animals outside, and mom always makes sure to crack the windows open so i can breathe in all the fresh air and good smells.

i'm sure worn out from this big week of mine! time for a "catnap" =^.^=
