Arrival Story:
Ruby was a planned kitty. My Abby was an only cat for several years and I had the thought that she might like to have a kitty house mate to if not be her best buddy to at least keep her company. But Abby is a special girl -- only 3 good legs -- so I really wanted to make sure that her new kitty companion would be of the friendly sort. I researched many breeds when I came upon the Devon Rex. I met Ruby's uncle, Opulence's Dylan, at a cat show in Hamilton and I was hooked. Ruby came home when she was 4 months old. She won Abby over in no time at all. And thats how Ruby became my second kitty.
